The TEAM TRAINING fitness programme turns conventional, low quality, low effect, non stimulating gym based routines and classes on their head and allows the body to behave in the way in which it was designed to move and results in creating someone who has confidence in their appearance and their abilities inside and away from the private studio.
After attending six times over the first two weeks of your TT membership you will have more energy.
